The company's headquarters is based in Chatsworth, CA with additional locations in the U.S. and Mexico. This job is onsite Monday - Friday. NEOTech will consider experienced candidates located and willing to drive to either of these manufacturing locations: Longmont, CO Chatsworth/LA Metropolitan Area, CA Carlsbad/San Diego Metropolitan Area, CA Fremont/Bay Area, CA We will also consider remote work for someone who possess the skills, work experience and job requirements if the candidate is not located anywhere near the above cities and states. Due to government contract requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship. The salary range is $65k - $70k. Wage to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data. The Sourcing Analyst will review and assess materials cost, cost reduction calculations, award tracking, key drivers and metrics to optimize the supply chain to best meet corporate and customer goals. Extract, analyze and report data Maintain and report key material metrics Supplier interface as directed Supplier scorecard rollup Supplier RFQ requirements analysis Customer focused supply chain performance analysis Attend meetings as required AML MFG code and MPN cleanup Tracking of Corporate awards vs. Site execution Tracking of site shortages/site escalations Contract Price Maintenance Database Work with other OnCore functional teams to align customer goals and expectations Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education/Learning Experience BA/BS or 5+ years of related supply chain experience. College Graduate with interest in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems, Business Major or equivalent, highly motivated to learn and grow in a fast paced, highly energetic supply chain management environment . Work Experience Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications. Experience with electronics supply chain management practices preferred. Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must possess excellent data mining and analytical skills Must be advanced Microsoft Excel user with the ability to create and work with formulas, vlookups, pivot tables In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Access and knowledge of visual basic a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented. Must be a team player and highly motivated.
