About the role:

We are expanding our dynamic mental health and wellbeing team for RoundGlass Living, our premium app dedicated to enhancing users' lives by addressing individual wellbeing goals. From sleeping better to stress management, Roundglass Living stands out as the quintessential app offering a personalized daily wellbeing feed encompassing breathwork, meditation, yoga, nutrition, music, and more.

We are seeking an inspired, self-directed, and results-oriented Content SME to provide a research backbone for and contribute to our Meditation Vertical providing invaluable research and insights to our Content Producers, which will impact the total user experience. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering evidence-based content, solidifying Roundglass's position as a leader in the realm of digital therapeutics.

What you'll do:

• As a meditation SME, your primary responsibility lies in content development. This involves identifying gaps in existing information and creating innovative content ideas that provide valuable insights into the world of meditation. Staying up-to-date with the latest scientific research ensures that content is credible and reliable, making it more impactful for users.
• Tag all content in Roundglass meditation for optimal searchability. Collaborate with various teams to improve content discovery.
• Gather relevant information, draw conclusions, and evaluate data in order to improve material that is linked to meditation.
• Leverage your knowledge and insights to improve the app's content and credibility.
• As the subject matter expert for assigned categories, you will analyze competitors, channel strategies, and product characteristics to achieve brand success.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Meditation
• Master or Ph.D. in Meditation Vertical
• Experience bringing research-based products to market
• Demonstrated ability to engage with experts and thought leaders in the field
• Academic and/or work experience related to the field of research and curriculum building
• Experience in working with Universities to research mindfulness outcomes
• Strong foundation in content evaluation and strategy
• Experience in the digital therapeutics space
• Expertise in trademark, patent, and clinical trials
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated success in making complex concepts accessible
• Familiarity with digital content delivery tools and platforms
• Proven publishing record
