It's Just Better Here. Graham Healthcare Group is hiring for an IT Technician to join our dynamic team. This position will provide escalation support and maintenance for client IT services on tablets, computers, mobile devices, printers and any other end-user hardware and software. This position will also execute client device installation, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.

IT Technician Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing long-term strategies and support capacity planning to meet future client IT needs
  • Identify and capture user requirements
  • Conduct research on, evaluate, and recommend client devices, software, and related products for purchase
  • Install, upgrade, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user hardware and software to ensure required desktop service levels
  • Ensure accurate tracking of hardware through Asset Management procedures
  • Perform onsite and remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC, tablet, and mobile device problems for end-users, recommending and implementing corrective solutions, as needed.
  • Provide escalated level 2 Service Desk support for end-user software issues.
  • Support Problem Management activities within technical area of expertise
  • Support accurate Incident and Request Management information capture, prioritization, and ensure completion within SLA timeframes
  • Support new-hire orientation and onboarding requirements
  • Collaborate with system and network administrators to ensure efficient operation of the company's client services environment
  • If necessary, liaise with third-party support and equipment vendors
  • Adhere to all IT Service Management policies and process areas (Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Knowledge, and Asset Management)
  • Contribute to continual service improvement in all aspects of IT support function
Education and/or Experience
  • Associate degree in IT required, Bachelor's preferred
  • Prior help desk experience
  • Initiative to learn and understand process/workflow
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, phone skills and customer service skills
