Requirements:
  • 7+ years of extensive experience working on mainframe technologies
  • Strong COBOL, JCL, DB2, DB2 native stored procedures development skills
  • Experience with implementation and release management activities
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, foster strong collaboration among team members, and work with other application teams and testing teams to design/test/implement technical solutions which meet the business requirements
  • Experience in Agile development methods and tools
  • Good understanding of SQLs
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written and strong relationship and collaborative skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work as a member of matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team
  • Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
  • Strong unit test and debugging skills
  • Understanding of CI/CD
