We are looking for a Network Architect to interface with our team and our clients to help assess the performance of IT infrastructures, establish baselines, and identify opportunities for optimization/improvement. This is a highly visible, client-facing role. We value creative, strategic thinkers with demonstrated interest and skills in optimizing network performance.

We are looking for a team member with the following skills:
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
  • 5+ years of network engineering and network architectural design experience
  • Expert level experience with Cisco, Juniper, and/or Arista
  • Expert level experience with routing technologies (including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, EVPN)
  • Expert level experience with switching technologies (including STP, MLAG, VXLAN)
  • Experience with Load Balancing or Application Delivery Services
  • Experience with Enterprise Wireless solutions
  • Experience with Unified Communication solutions
  • Experience with network and application performance solutions
  • Experience working with or integrating various enterprise management systems
  • Solid understanding of other networking technologies (including TCP/IP, traffic analysis, TAPs, traffic brokers)
  • Excellent understanding of technology concepts such as SDLC, systems engineering, IT performance management, IT operations, operational monitoring, security monitoring, and KPIs
  • Knowledge of various IT infrastructure technologies (e.g. applications, servers, networks, storage)
  • Experienced leader of highly complex projects as part of a larger team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including technical writing
If you have any of the following, it would be a bonus:
  • Active US Secret or Top Secret clearance
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • CCNA, CCIE, JNCIE and/or CCDA certifications
  • Extensive experience in packet analysis (Wireshark)
  • Familiarity with ITILv3 concepts especially Service Operations
