Serving a wide range of individuals from children to adults, we are seeking a passionate and self-motivated licensed mental health professional to join our growing outpatient team as a full-time psychotherapist. As an outpatient psychotherapist, you will maintain a full time caseload and implement treatment strategies with clients that are reflective of identified needs. At Inspire Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and in settings ranging from school-based mental health treatment to outpatient psychotherapy and Telehealth care. Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our outpatient team as a full-time psychotherapist. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide services in various settings, including school-based mental health treatment, outpatient psychotherapy, and Telehealth care. Key Responsibilities Treatment: Maintain a full-time caseload, providing individual and/or group therapy.Assessments & Treatment Plans: Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention and management as needed.Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of all services provided.Collaboration: Work with other treatment team members to provide comprehensive care.Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities. Qualifications Licensure: Independently licensed as a mental health professional in the State of Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LGSW).Good Standing: Must be in good standing with your associated licensing board.Passion for Mental Health: A desire to make a true difference in the lives of others.Professional Growth: Motivated to advance your career and committed to providing quality care. Compensation: At Inspire Services, we believe that our team members can make a true difference in the lives of others. We offer a competitive pay structure that joins guaranteed salary and revenue sharing through productivity. You will have the opportunity to earn as much as you choose to meet your needs, with licensed therapists at Inspire Services, earning from $57,500.00 to $100,000.00 per year, depending on your caseload, experience, and motivation.
