Pay-to-Train Programs include extensive factory and automotive dealership product and sales training. The ideal candidate works in a professional yet friendly manner and is proficient in verbal and written communication.

Job Description

Sales & Leasing Consultants demonstrate brand product knowledge (such as model and trim offerings), and general automotive knowledge for our customers.

In this position, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting customers in the purchase or lease of vehicles, including preparing documentation for deal processing.
  • Educating customers on services and offerings in the dealership.
  • Maintaining customer relationships through phone, email, and service visit follow-ups
  • Meeting sales goals and objectives on a monthly basis.
  • Other duties, as assigned by the General Sales Manager.
