Job Summary:

The IAM Production Support Analyst is a senior-level technical role responsible for the production support, administration, and management of Active Directory (AD), Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, and related technologies.

This position focuses on ensuring the high availability, security, and functionality of the IAM environment, while troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing IAM and AD systems.

The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues in a 24x7 support environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain current and future IAM applications, Active Directory (AD) data, and related databases.
  • Create and manage user accounts, security groups, and organizational units (OUs) in Active Directory.
  • Ensure high availability and secure authentication for IAM technology solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues with IAM and AD systems, including performance issues, system logs, and code deployments.
  • Conduct periodic audits of AD data to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis, problem resolution, and incident prevention.
  • Maintain documentation of IAM operational functions and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IAM-related topics.
  • Write and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts for Active Directory automation tasks.
  • Manage and maintain identity access data, ensuring compliance with the principle of least privilege.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Active Directory (AD) domain platforms and IAM systems.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and providing incident support for IAM-related issues across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with role-based access control (RBAC), permission delegation, and access control models.
  • Proficient in writing and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts for automation tasks.
  • Solid knowledge of Linux, networking (TCP/IP), and information security.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience providing Active Directory and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM) administration support.
  • 5+ years of experience administering IAM applications on Red Hat Linux.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices for incident and change management.
  • Experience with databases such as Oracle, IBM, and MS SQL.
  • Knowledge of directory integrations and technical support for AD software.
  • Understanding of connected/disconnected resources, connectors, schedulers, and data lookups.
