Key Responsibilities As a Pharmacist on our Infusion Compounding Team, you will: Medication Oversight: Review, interpret, and evaluate physician medication orders for therapeutic appropriateness, cost-effectiveness, accuracy, safety, and completeness. Patient Support: Participate in patient evaluations for therapy acceptance, product selection, device recommendations, and supply management. Sterile Compounding: Prepare, package, and label compounded sterile products following strict compliance standards. Accurately compound and check sterile products, ensuring adherence to USP 797 requirements. Manage and oversee the pharmacy clean room suite to maintain regulatory standards. Clinical Communication: Collaborate with other healthcare team members to share critical clinical and technical information effectively. Why Join Us?
