A growing telecom company is seeking a talented supervisor for a technical product. The ideal candidate will manage an outsourced customer service/support team (about 4 reps currently), work with other internal teams, and have overall management responsibility for the product line and its vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise an outsourced customer service/support team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation of the product line.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and product issues.
- Experience in managing customer service/support teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalated issues effectively.
- Experience in the telecom industry or technical product support is a plus.
