The Facilities Department at Saint Michael's College is inviting applications for a full-time HVAC Technician. This position supports the department in maintaining a comfortable, safe, and efficient environment by providing timely responses to issues and ensuring all campus systems are fully operational.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Inspects, maintains, repairs, replaces, and tests all HVAC systems and components throughout campus
- Coordinates annual inspections and repairs with contractors
- Plans and implements renovation/upgrade/repair projects
- Addresses daily work orders
- Participates in an on-call rotation for 1-week every 4-5 weeks

Requirements:
Applicants must have the following:
- 2-4 years' experience required
- EPA 608 certification preferred
- Natural Gas certification desired
