Position Summary
This position reports to the Enrollment Center Manager. Primary responsibility is to enroll customers into our Residential Solutions worry free home services programs, handling and resolving customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and collaborating with Customer Support, Technical Services and other members of the Residential Solutions team. In addition, individual will be responsible for achieving individual Sales and Service goals to ensure that the team goals are met for the Enrollment Center.
Responsibilities
Sales/Enrollment of products and services through daily inbound and outbound calling initiatives and tracking the sales accurately daily.
Expand the relationship with our customers by promoting additional Products and Services as part of our sales efforts
Saving our customers from cancelling products by re-explaining our programs when a customer calls in to cancel.

Assisting existing customers with questions related to our programs.
Basic Qualifications
High School/GED
In addition to required education, minimum one (1) year relevant work experience
Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Desired Qualifications
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Windows environment and applications including Word and Excel
Knowledge of our customer sales database - Overture
Good math, written, oral and communication skills
Knowledge of Residential Solutions Worry Free Home Services
Ability to accurately track individual sales daily
Phone sales experience
Exhibit problem solving skills
Demonstrated time management and organization skills

Working Conditions
Hybrid - Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period. However, hybrid employees should live within a reasonable commute to the designated Duke Energy facility.
Office work environment hours can be anywhere between 8am and 7pm
