Position: HRIS Analyst
Location: Hybrid (primarily remote, but will be required to travel to corporate locations as needed)
Residing within DE, MD, PA, OH, VA, GA, NC, or FL
Your role in our success:
The HR Analyst will support the human resource information system in addition to other systems used by the HR team. This position serves as a technical point of contact for functional areas and leads end users as a subject matter expert ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Collect and study HR analytics related to jobs, issues and costs that affect the company and its subsidiaries. Studies and analyzes human resources and payroll data and prepares human resources reports and graphs. Prepares and reviews recruitment and staffing statistics for regulatory compliance with DOL, ADA, Affirmative Action Plans, etc.
What you'll be working on:
- Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of the HRIS system upgrades and patches. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintains HRIS system tables. Documents process and results.
- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains end users on new processes and functionality.
- Provide support for systems, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws, performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Work with other human resources (HR) employees to complete specific tasks within HR departments.
- Assist Compensation Analyst with salary surveys, analysis, SERP, and other comp related projects.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Three years of HRIS experience.
- One year of project management experience.
- Three to five years of analytical experience.
