Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, elevated and/or precarious workplaces, fumes or airborne particles, risk of electrical shock and vibration. Occasional exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is typically loud. Qualifications SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree, certificate, or military training in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning from an accredited institution 3+ years of boiler installation and maintenance experience Proficiency with computer devices (including laptops, tablets, and smart phones) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple iOS software Proficiency with applicable maintenance tools, connected login, and operational renderings Universal EPA certification Ability to pass drug screening Ability to prove US employment eligibility Must possess a valid drivers license
