- Location:Naperville, IL.
- Shift: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
- Hours: Must be willing to work 2x evenings per week until 7pm (Last patient is at 6pm)
- 60 min evaluations.
- No scheduled double booking of patients.
- Scheduled/blocked documentation time.
- Be a part of a team working together throughout the day.

- 39 clinics within the Chicagoland area with over 200 physical & occupational therapists.

- Degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.
