Description

MISSION: Provide support to the Warehouse team by coordinating office and shipping activities to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Including the following, other duties may be assigned.
  • Able to drop daily customer
  • Able to manage SAP and to run daily schedule
  • Reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed between warehouses.
  • Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
  • Sorting and building orders to loads (pool loads) adding Pro-stickers for Carriers and building a daily scheduled based on TMS/SAP.
  • Filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials or other stock items and distributes items to shipping or to designated route driver storage area.
  • Ensure required material for customer orders are requested with enough time in advance in order to be able to ship on time and complete.
  • Reception of drivers, matching Pick-up Numbers/ assigned drivers a door or waiting time based on our current schedule.
  • Be able to set Appointments with Carriers (24-48 hours ahead of
  • Keep a good record keeping of files, old orders, and all kind of inbounds or deliveries Paperwork/Bill of landing.
  • Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed via SAP, Excel or Word
  • Assisting in counting of physical
  • Weighing and counting items for distribution within the plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
  • May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as
  • Completing requisition forms to order supplies from other
  • Preparing parcels for
  • Sweeping, dusting, and mopping (work Area)
  • Organizing warehouse and work area for
  • Wearing the proper safety
