We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Charge Nurse LVN LPN to join our team at Belmont Village Sabre Springs in San Diego, CA. Our ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who excels in providing premier healthcare and hospitality services for seniors living within our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the community Wellness Center
- Provide medication administration and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations
- Oversee tasks of Medication Technicians and care providers to ensure resident care and service plans are followed
- Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive manner
- Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports
Requirements:
- Current unencumbered LVN or LPN license in the State
- CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Ability to work the defined schedule for this position, which may include weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior direct supervisory experience
- More than one year of medication management experience
- Self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
- Value and personal fulfillment when serving or working with the senior population
- Dependable, adaptable, and compassionate
