Responsibilities: Provide great care to our residents using the Positive Approach to Care methodology. Answer resident call lights and determine how best to help them. Provide support and guidance for residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and laundry. Lead/Participate in engagement/activities with residents in our community. Actively assist with meal services. Work collaboratively with the entire care team by documenting your caregiving tasks in real time within the Care Connect app. Communicate professionally in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Attend specialized training in-services. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be a certified CNA (certified nursing assistant) in the State of Indiana. Dedicated and compassionate caregiver. Passionate about and experience with dementia, preferred. Ability to think and work independently as well as with direction. Communicate professionally in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Skilled with technology, including daily use with minimal errors.
