  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of case management operations to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Devise and execute strategic initiatives to improve case management processes and results.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans and the use of resources.
  • Offer mentorship and support to case management staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Assess and enhance the efficiency of case management interventions through ongoing evaluation.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in case management.
Candidate requirements Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree in Nursing, Health, or Business Administration preferred. Minimum of 3 years of overall acute care Healthcare Management experience. At least 2 years of experience in case management leadership in an acute care setting. Previous experience in Healthcare Administration is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Proficiency in healthcare management software and technology.
