Sleep Technologist Aide

The Sleep Tech Aide will receive on the job training and formal education to start a career as a Polysomnographic Technologist. $10,000 Bonus eligible upon successful completion of program and transition to Polysomnographic Technologist Role Duties Include: Assist with/perform routine, non-routine and complex recordings such as CPAP, Bi-level, split night studies, seizure studies, REM behavior studies, MSLT testing, routine PSG recordings & Oxygen Titration Provide age-appropriate care to all children, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients/clients/families served. Accurate and timely documentation of patient care and sleep testing activities Performs all interventions/procedures in accordance with standards of care, policies & procedures, regulatory guidelines, and role specific competencies Collaborates with all members of the health care team to promote a seamless patient care continuum, Hours: Nights 12-hour shift Requirements: High Scholl Diploma or Equivalent Associate degree or bachelor's Degree preferred Complete ASTEP education and training within 6 months Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) within one year of hire BLS through the American Heart Association (or obtained within30 days of hire) Benefit Summary: Join our team, and you’ll have access to a cutting-edge facility with state-of-the-art technology.
