Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our sales team as a New and Used Car Salesperson. As a key member of our sales department, you will have the opportunity to assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs, while providing a positive and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and preferences.
- Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits to match their requirements.
- Conduct test drives and provide comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with finance and insurance departments to facilitate vehicle financing and extended warranty options.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Previous experience in automotive sales preferred, but not required. Sales experience in other industries will also be considered.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
