As a Client Ambassador, you will be the first friendly face our clients and their furry friends encounter. Your role is crucial in ensuring every visit to our clinic is a positive and memorable experience. If you’re a people and pet lover with a vibrant personality, we’d love to meet you

What You’ll Do:

• Warm Welcomes: Greet clients and their pets with a smile, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Phone and Appointment Management: Handle multi-line phone systems, schedule appointments, and update medical records with accuracy.
• Financial Transactions: Process payments and manage monetary transactions efficiently.
• Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks while keeping the reception area organized and welcoming.
• Client and Pet Assistance: Help with check-ins/outs, and support kennel and boarding staff with pet care tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle potentially anxious or aggressive animals with confidence.
• Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and genuinely compassionate about animal care.

Safety and Physical Needs:

• Safety First: While assisting in the back area, you may encounter various safety hazards. We ensure that all team members are trained to handle these situations safely and provide personal protective equipment as needed.
• Physical Requirements: The role may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking. You should be comfortable performing these duties and assisting with various tasks as needed throughout the clinic.
