Job Description

Stamford Health Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Walk In Center team This full time APRN role will be devoted to providing urgent care coverage, including but not limited to seeing & coordinating the care of urgent and non-urgent patients, triaging patient phone calls and needs, & mentoring non-RN staff. We will be opening up Walk In Centers in both our Wilton, CT & Norwalk, CT offices.

Multiple Opportunities are available, including the following work schedules:

Fulltime: 7:30a-8:30p - every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday alternating with every Monday, Tuesday, Saturday

Fulltime: 7:30a-8:30p - every Thursday, Friday, Saturday alternating with every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

No on call required

Qualifications

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of CT

A Master's degree is required for entry level practice.

An APRN license in the state of CT prior to start date is required.

Family Medicine Training required

Minimum of one year of APRN experience required
