About Us:

ColdSnap is a platform technology, that freezes single servings of ice creams, coffee lattes, smoothies, protein shakes, and cocktails on demand using shelf stable-pods filled with premium liquid ingredients. ColdSnap is made of team of ~ 110, and we launched this spring into commercial markets. This is a leadership role, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness across channels. Reporting directly to the VP of Food Science Innovation, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our company's marketing initiatives and directly impact our market presence. Wearing many hats, you will be required to think strategically and execute tactically. Like all of our team members, this candidate is expected to be kind, respectful, flexible, fast paced, and entrepreneurial. This is an in-office role, where you will lead our marketing team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Execution and Operations: Create and manage budgets, manage vendors, marketing technologies, manage a team, mentoring/coaching, present to leadership.
  2. Brand Positioning: Manage brand campaign development, brand guidelines.
  3. Creative Content Creation: Manage website, internal content creation and/or external content with an agency.
  4. Product Marketing: Oversee product copy, product sales tracking.
  5. Social Media: Oversee content planning, post/reel story creation, community engagement.
  6. Public Relations: Pitch to media and handle media inquiries, award submissions, and press releases.
  7. Trade Shows: Event selection and contracting, booth design and logistics, event planning and execution, sales tool creation and lead generation creation.
  8. E-Commerce: Manage the required assets (photo and video) to support online sales with Amazon, Walmart and TikTok.
  9. Email Drip Campaign: Segmentation between verticals, manage ZoomInfo calling lists, content reporting, analytics, reporting.
  10. Paid Media: Budget, manage paid social, agency management.
  11. Customer Service: Phone, email, chat, social media, returns, inquiries, review responses.
  12. Influencer Content Creation: Talent sourcing, agent relationships, negotiating contracts, content briefing/planning, product sampling.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Admin., Communications or a related field.
  2. Experience: 15+ years of proven experience as a marketing leader in a consumer goods or appliance industry with demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  3. Proficient in HubSpot, Wordpress, Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Course(s) completed or demonstrative experience using AI-driven marketing and platforms.
  5. In-depth knowledge of market research, data analysis, and marketing best practices.
  6. Experience with digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns.
  7. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
