Mon-Fri 8:00 am-3:30 pm 37.5 hrs/wk
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Case Manager in the assessment of individual's abilities and the development of active treatment goals and training methods. Seek input from all developmental specialists and social support
- Complete monthly summaries of data on goals and objectives for assigned individuals.
- Support and encourage individuals in meeting their habilitation goals
- Provide direct instruction to individuals.
- Bachelors Degree in related field and one year experience working with people with disabilities preferred. At least two years working in a training program for people with developmental disabilities will be accepted in lieu of Bachelors Degree
- First Aid & CPR certification, MAP certification. Training provided once hired, if needed.
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
