RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct patient evaluations to assess their physical and mental capabilities
    Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
  • Looking for someone who is specialized in (or is willing to learn) orthopedics: specifically focused in the areas of: hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, neck
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
  • Stay updated on the latest occupational therapy techniques and advancements in the field

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Wyoming; be willing to obtain
  • Proficiency in medical terminology
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred
  • Compassionate attitude towards patients and dedication to providing high-quality care
  • A willingness to perform all functions with the highest level of honesty and integrity
  • An excitement for celebrating successes
