About the Role:

  • 7 on / 7 off schedule.

The Hospice Registered Nurse - On Call will provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family after normal business hours on an on-call basis. They will evaluate patient/family needs, assist in the preparation and execution of the plan of care for each patient, and maintain all assigned patient clinical records. Additionally, the role involves managing an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care and participating in company quality assessment and performance improvement programs.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license (in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain).
  • 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology preferred.
