  • Pay Rate: $36.00 per hour
  • Facility Location: Richmond, VA
  • Status: Full-time, Part-Time (with at least every other weekend availability)
  • 12-hour Shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a | 8-hour Shifts: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a

Qualifications of a LPN:
  • Currently licensed as an LPN (State of Virginia or multi/compact)
  • Certification program completed as an LPN
  • CPR/BLS certification
Requirements to Apply:
  • Updated resume
  • 1 Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)
  • Social Security card
  • LPN license and registration (State of Virginia)
  • Voided Check/Direct Deposit from the bank - for payroll
  • 2 reference letters / references to call
  • Covid Vaccination Card / Exemption
  • BLS/ CPR
  • TB Test (PPD/QuantiFERON) - at least within the last 12 months
