Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of care and services in the Care Center, including assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing.
  • Supervise nursing staff and support the Director of Nursing with clinical, financial, human resource, and quality assurance/performance improvement activities.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience with geriatric populations.
  • Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Graduation from a School of Nursing for Registered Nurses.
  • Current State Licensure in the state where practicing.
  • Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification required.
  • Current First Aid certification required.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and Continuing Care Retirement Community or Assisted Living/Memory Support operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency using MS Office.

Pay Range: USD $101,330.00 - USD $131,741.00 /Yr.
