Dermatology PA

Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in Wisconsin and Illinois, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Dermatology team in the Rockford, IL area. The ideal candidate must be able to practice independently and assist with growing this practice and providing better access for our patients.

Opportunity:

• Join an excellent team of 1 Dermatologist and 1 Nurse Practitioner.
• Our team also includes Plastic Surgery team of 3 Surgeons.
• Coverage will include main clinic.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well independently and under pressure.
• Strong communication/interpretive and analytical skills.
• A high level of independent judgment and ability to handle empowerment for independent action.

Experience/Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
• Current IL PA or APRN license
• Current DEA number
• CPR/AED certification
• Other certifications as required
