Job Summary

We are looking for a multifaceted Java/AWS Lead Developer with experience crafting and developing cultured software systems and applications, to build and implement practical programs. You will work leading developers throughout the software development process.

In this role, you should be a great teammate with a sharp eye for detail and brainstorming skills. If you also have experience in Agile frameworks and most used coding languages.

Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Location: Plano, TX.

*Candidate is required to be in the office at least 3 days a week*

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Involve in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and work in a highly dynamic Agile environment.

* Design and develop software using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices

* Hands on AWS experience in EKS, ECS, AWS Lambda, Terraform, AWS Aurora Postgres, AWS logging and monitoring using Datadog, AWS Security groups, AWS MSK(Kafka)

* Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.

* Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues

* Adds value to team delivery and works with team to complete tasks to high quality and actively learns new skills.

Required Qualifications:

* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

* 8+ years of software development experience

* Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices

* Experienced with AWS cloud technologies (EKS, Fargate, Lambda, S3,RDS, terraform). AWS Developer or Solution Architect certification preferred.

* No-SQL database experience is good to have - DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra etc.

* Build and deployment tools like Jules and Jenkins

* Strong communication skills and experienced in delivering projects in Scrum agile methodology.

* Strong Analytical skills and problem-solving

* Being a self-starter, quick learner, detail oriented.
