Desktop Engineer- HYBRID to Danvers Massachusetts; Must be within 30-40 min of the office
CCC is seeking a talented Desktop Engineer to join our team.
You will need to have at least 3+ years of experience with building custom Windows OS images using MDT/SCCM, packaging of business line applications to support Windows 10/11 images rollouts, enterprise rollout of monthly security updates and productivity software using SCCM/CMG, with using Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Azure and Jamf, hardware evaluation and configuration.
This position will be part of a call group, in general every 4 weeks with paid stipend. You Must be able to access the Danvers, Ma headquarters within 30 to 40 minutes if Data Room emergency; otherwise cloud based issues could be handled remotely.
What excites you:
- Building and managing enterprise images following best practices and security standards
- Implementing, managing and supporting endpoint technologies (Microsoft Endpoint Manager, CMG cloud, Jamf)
- Deploying monthly security updates, application updates
- Performing mitigations, conducting root cause analysis
- Developing future roadmaps
- Benchmarking new hardware and providing management reports and technical feedback
- Creating and updating technical documentation
- Learning new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
- Automating tasks using PowerShell
What we need from you:
- Good understanding of Windows 10/11 lifecycle
- Enterprise-level knowledge of macOS, iOS & Android Products
- Experience with software development and documentation
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Manage and support Mobile Device Management solution (Microsoft Intune, JAMF)
- Verify that the technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization
- Verify technical problems are resolved in timely and cost-effective manner
