Job Opportunity for LPNs Pediatric In-Home 1:1 Nurse Location: Norwood, OH Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexible; Some Nights and Weekends Required) Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in a child's life? We are seeking an experienced Pediatric In-Home 1:1 Nurse to provide exceptional care for our young patient. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive home environment, ensuring the health and well-being of a pediatric patient with complex medical needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized, high-quality nursing care to a pediatric patient in their home. Manage and monitor Nasogastric (NG) tubes, ensuring proper placement and function. Assist with daily activities, including feeding, medication administration, and hygiene needs. Collaborate with other in-home healthcare providers, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in scheduled therapies, providing support and assistance as needed. Monitor and respond to changes in the patient's condition, providing appropriate interventions. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and reports. - Communicate effectively with the patient's family and healthcare team. Qualifications: Valid LPN license in Ohio Minimum of 0-3 years of Pediatric nursing experience. Proficiency in managing Nasogastric (NG) tubes. - Cardiac care experience is a plus. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
