Certified Nursing Assistant

Home Helpers of Olney in Montgomery County is looking for passionate and caring CNAs that can start immediately (Part-time). We are a part of a 27-year-old franchise that is eager to grow our team by offering a stable career path to compassionate Caregivers who provide one-on-one in-home companion care and daily living assistance to the elderly and those requiring recuperative or continuing care. Shift: Wednesday - Sunday Hours:
Qualifications:
- Current CNA license
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- At least 3 years of experience in the field
- Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to understand care plans and assessments
- Must have current doctor's health clearance to work which includes a negative TB test
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes
- Assist with medication reminders
- Engage the client in conversation and go on outings
Compensation: $20.00 per hour

- Aiding with activities of daily living
- Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
- Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Providing companionship
