  • Abnormal Function Recognition: Recognize and address abnormal functions in pacemakers, defibrillators, implantable loop recorders (ILRs), and cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) devices, proposing strategies to rectify issues.
  • Clinical Communication: Effectively communicate with Rhythm's clinical team and providers regarding Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device (CIED) function and diagnostic data, ensuring documentation is accurate, professional, and standardized.
  • Data Analysis and Management: Analyze device functionality and patient data to diagnose and manage device performance, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Organizational Philosophy:

  • Patient-Centered Care: Support and actively contribute to Rhythm's philosophy of patient-centered care, where every team member is a caregiver focused on meeting the needs of the patient.
