Florida Home-Improvement Associates (FHIA), backed by Renuity, is hiring a Purchasing Assistant. The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for ordering of products for all FHIA jobs. They are also responsible for ensuring timely delivery for all products in respect to Installation timelines. In addition, the purchasing assistant must portray a strong communication skill set, as they will work hand-in-hand with Measurement Technicians, Installations, Warehouse, and other Operations teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Review all orders from every office within the State of Florida, and ensure there are no errors with each individual job
  • Review measurers with issues/concerns on a needed basis with Homeowners, Measure Technicians, Sales Representative, and Permitting
  • Entering all purchasing information into the company's system, updating the associated employees with ETA's and/or issues
  • Determine quality and timing of deliveries
  • Maintain cost standards for materials and labor
  • Prepare cost of goods sold and production reports

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
