Responsibilities:

• Provide top-quality dental hygiene services to patients, including assessments, treatments, and educating patients on the best oral health practices.
• Assist in the assessment and management of oral health conditions, preventive care, and periodontal treatments.
• Utilize digital dental technology and maintain patient records with meticulous accuracy.
• Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate and deliver patient care that ensures high satisfaction and excellent clinical outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals, maintaining a growth mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Current dental hygienist licensing in Tennessee.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and flexible enough to adjust to the dynamic needs of a growing practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
