Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Specialty: Med/Surg - Telemetry

Job Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Night Shift - 12 Hours (7 PM - 7 AM)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of two years required

License: Active Registered Nurse License

Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS Certifications

Must-Have:
- COVID and Flu vaccinations required
- Booster required unless declined for Booster only
- No religious or medical declination accepted for Flu or COVID vaccinations

Job Description:

- Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation unit.
- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, and deliver necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Float to various units including Med/Surg and Telemetry as required.
- Participate in patient and family education for effective management of health conditions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance nursing practice.
- Participate in bi-weekly orientations starting on Tuesdays.
- Work every other weekend (EOW) as part of the weekend requirement.

Note: The position includes flexibility to work within different units based on staffing needs and organizational requirements.
