Based on your certification and experience, you are guaranteed to be paid your set hourly rate for the event for 5 hours per event even if it is not 5 hours. If the event does exceed 5 hours you will be compensated additionally based on those hours worked for all additional time. Hourly rates also vary based on certification and experience.

Annual Evaluations based on performance performed every year resulting in pay increases up to 5%.
