Your future role:

As a Clinical Allergy Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide accessible allergy care by administering allergy tests and injections, educating patients on immunotherapy, and driving the growth of the allergy center within a partnered practice.

Key responsibilities:

Columbia (MWF) & Edwardsville (TWTH); 8am-5pm
  • Administer allergy tests and injections under a supervising physician.
  • Prepare customized patient immunotherapy vials.
  • Educate and support patients through their immunotherapy treatment journeys.
  • Complete basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling medical documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver exceptional allergy care and treatment.
  • Coordinate within the clinic to create visibility and presence for the allergy services.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in health-related fields is preferred, however a combination of health-related education and experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 1 year full-time clinical experience, medical office setting, customer service, or similar industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills required.
  • User experience with medical office and/or business software programs are preferred.

  • Daytime, business week schedule. No holidays, no weekends (unless required by the clinic).
  • Pay range: $19.95-$23.10/hr + $1500 SIGN ON BONUS
  • Sign-on Bonus: The Sign-on Bonus opportunity is subject to meeting the terms and conditions of the program for eligibility. Details regarding the Sign-on Bonus will be provided during the interview process. A copy of the Sign-on Bonus Program will be provided to the selected candidate.
