Some of the duties you may be doing:
• Performs assigned project tasks under direct supervision of more senior-level engineers
• Makes design modifications or improvements to development projects with supervision
• Assists in test and verification procedures
• Provides task completion time estimates
• Attends identified training classes
• Participates as a team member, works effectively in a team environment
• Becomes familiar with tools and applications utilized by department
• Learns department and corporate policies, procedures and plans
• Designs and implements factory automation equipment using principles in robots, automation, IoT, AGV's and other automation technologies with help from more senior-level engineers.
• Maintains project documentation, procedures and engineering validation information
• Designs mechanical mechanisms using Solidworks or other CAD programs with help from more senior level engineers.
• Applies knowledge in electrical engineering, AC/DC motors, drives and controls
• Programs in Labview, C++, other programming languages and databases
• Other duties as assigned.
• Complete special projects and requests in a timely and positive fashion.

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
1-2 years post high school education in area of specialization
GPA: 3.0 or higher
Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in engineering field (industrial, electrical, mechanical, etc)
