Job Description
Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Specialty: Allied Health - Orthopedics, Sports Medicine

Job Duration: Full-Time

Shift: Varies

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours

Experience: Outpatient experience preferred; New graduates and first-time travelers will not be accepted

License: Valid Physical Therapy license required

Certifications: Relevant certifications as required for practice in the field

Must-Have: Ability to manage a patient population focusing on Orthopedics and Sports Medicine

Job Description:

- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including those with orthopedic and sports medicine needs.
- Maintain productivity with an expectation of 60 visits per week.
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for 12-14 patients per day.
- Efficiently manage time and resources to facilitate double-booking of follow-up visits.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adhere to clinic protocols and guidelines to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Continuously seek professional development opportunities to stay current in the field of physical therapy.
