SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
2. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
