Description

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Floating Day Porter in the St. Louis Area.

The shift is Full-Time; Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

Pay is: $18-20.00/hr.

The primary responsibilities involve the upkeep of various facilities to enhance and maintain the look of it. The porter will have multiple responsibilities to help facility function throughout the day. This Floating Day Porter will travel to different locations depending on the needs that day. When all staff are present, this position will do detail work and flooring work.

Major Job Functions:
  • Customer Service Representative for building occupants
  • Spot clean designated areas based off the customers' needs
  • Clean secured areas
  • On call for emergencies within the facility
  • Police parking lot for debris
  • Communicate cleaning issues or concerns to the manager
  • Eyes and ears of the facility, for maintenance issues
  • Sweeping cigarette butts
  • Salting or shoveling snow when needed
Requirements:
  • Custodial and Flooring experience preferred
  • Excellent work ethic and customer service
  • Superior attendance and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift/move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push/roll recycling bins.
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
  • Dependable, Positive and Team Orientated
