Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly-skilled, experienced Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will be deeply committed to nurturing our mission and providing excellent patient care in a positive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
  • Implement clinical protocols and maintain compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment and care.
  • Perform therapeutic procedures and analyze patient histories to develop diagnoses.
  • Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
  • Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence.
  • Experience Requirements and Preferences
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice is strongly preferred.

Education Requirements: Master's Degree in Nursing
