We are seeking skilled Non-CDL Drivers dedicated to pushing their potential and enjoying the benefits of being part of the US FOODS family. Our starting pay for Non-CDL Drivers is $24 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Non-CDL Driver with US FOODS, you will be an essential part of our team and represent our organization. You will deliver a variety of products, including meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies to various locations. Your hard work is fundamental to our success, driven by our cultural values, teamwork, and service excellence.

  • Provide top-notch Customer Service.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer orders while maintaining productivity.
  • Unload products and organize items in customer storage areas.
  • Perform repeated, manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds.
  • Make frequent stops during your shifts.
  • Deliver products in various weather conditions.
  • Verify delivery of items with customers.
  • Collect payments (cash or checks) as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license from your state of legal residence with appropriate endorsements if needed.
  • No more than two traffic violation convictions in the past two years; no DUI convictions or license suspensions in the past three years.
  • Must pass a DOT physical examination.
  • No commercial or professional driving experience required.
  • Preferably one year of multi-stop delivery experience or six months of local delivery experience and/or foodservice industry experience.
