About Our Client

Job Description
  • Designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for aerospace components.
  • Collaborating with engineering and production teams to enhance manufacturability and reduce cycle times.
  • Developing tooling, fixtures, and machining programs using CAD/CAM software.
  • Leading and participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Ensuring adherence to AS9100 and other aerospace quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting production issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Supporting the introduction of new aerospace products through process development.
  • Mentoring and training production staff on best practices.
  • Maintaining accurate manufacturing documentation.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, ideally within the aerospace sector.
  • Solid understanding of CNC machining, GD&T, and precision manufacturing techniques.
  • Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam).
  • Experience applying lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
