Responsibilities for thisLicensed PracticalNurseopportunity include, but are not limited to: Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations Foster a caring environment that respects patient's dignity Perform comprehensive health assessments of residents, including vital signs, medical history, and current health status Deliver and evaluate all patient care provided Administer medications according to physician orders, ensuring accurate dosage and proper documentation Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory disorders, adapting care plans as needed Remain flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekends, and holidays Educate residents and their families on health conditions, medications, and preventive measures to promote overall well-being Be a model of professionalism and compassion by serving as an ambassador to this organization JOB REQUIREMENTS FORLPN LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE: Graduate of a nationally approved Nursing program is required.
