Test Lead with Healthcare Experience
Locations: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Required Qualifications:
* BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
* 7+ Years with Agile, Healthcare Domain & Medicare experience.
* Must possess excellent knowledge on Claims Process, EDI, Health rules payor (HRP) - 7+ years
* Hands on experience with creating & executing complex SQL queries.
* Experience with Test management tools especially IBM products like RTC, RQM and Rally
* Automation experience with Selenium, good to have RFT and Java based experience
* Provider and Member data experience - good to have Market Prominence product knowledge
* Mainframe testing skills - CICS, Batch jobs
* Automation & GenAI foundational courses

Roles/Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the QA testing team to deliver high-quality software applications.
* Expertise in JIRA and Agile
* Expertise in Database and SQL
* Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
* Coordinate with developers, project managers, and business analysts to understand business and technical requirements.
* Establish and enforce QA standards and best practices in line with the organization's goals.
* Oversee all phases of testing, including functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
* Identify, document, and track defects and ensure timely resolution by working closely with development teams.
* Conduct root cause analysis of issues and work on continuous improvements in the testing process.
* Prepare detailed test reports and metrics to communicate testing progress, status, and results to stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, where applicable, during the testing process.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
* Participate in discussions on process improvements, contributing insights based on past experiences and industry trends.
