The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an exciting opportunity designed for individuals looking to fast-track their career into Store Management within 18-24 months. This role typically involves working 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and weekends.

During the program, you will collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, providing valuable leadership and insights into the store's development and strategy. You will become proficient in store operations, customer relations, and internal strategies, gaining a deep understanding of your contribution to the team's success. You'll also have the opportunity to expand the company's market share by engaging with large commercial clients such as painting contractors and purchasing agents.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required
  • Bachelor's degree required by the start of the program
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
  • 1 year in a leadership role or supervising teams
  • Experience in team-oriented settings through work, extracurriculars, or military service
  • Previous sales experience with paint or related products
  • Familiarity with timekeeping or CRM systems
  • Willingness to relocate for future opportunities
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages, especially Spanish
